Erica's approach is practical, holistic and ‘streetwise’. She works with a wide range of clients including industry groups, government, SMEs, rural organizations, medical staff, migrants, diplomats, sporting groups, scientists, production managers, technology and IT professionals, young people and not for profit groups. All work is fully supervised. Erica is a Member of the NZ Association of Counsellors and is an Accredited Preferred Supplier to the Leadership Development Centre.
